Please use our Contact form below to contact us with any questions about an order, our sweet treats or our Provincetown store. If your inquiry is about a recent order, please include your name and order number. 

Customer service usually responds within 6 hours, but can take up to 24 hours. Our customer service department is active Monday to Friday from 12 PM to 6 PM (ET) and on Saturdays and Sundays during promotions.

To ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer security, we do not accept phone orders, and we are unable to return customer call-back requests.

Orders that are flagged a high fraud risk by Shopify will be automatically canceled.
