Customers can expect a reply within 24-36 hours when using our Contact form. Email replies from the Provincetown Fudge Factory customer service team are generally Monday thru Saturday — from 12 noon thru 6 PM (EST), and extended hours during promotional periods.

Orders that are flagged a high fraud risk by Shopify will be automatically canceled.
